Michael is extremely knowledgeable, understanding, and no-nonsense. He is very fair and unbiased and will get the job done for you. He knows when to speak up and when to stay quiet. He quickly saw through my narcissistic ex and was very helpful in dealing with him.

I've had the unfortunate events requiring many attorneys throughout my lifetime. Michael Asseff is by Far The Absolute Best!! Divorces can be messy & complete stress! He took ALL of that off my shoulders. He was Extremely understanding, knowledgeable, professional, very friendly, and easily accessible and responsive at all times via text. He made me feel like family as opposed to just another case. (Might not be the case for everyone, but) I never once stepped foot in a courtroom which we all know is stressful. He got me Everything I asked for and more. 5 stars just doesn't seem like enough!

Michael was very responsive and patient with all of my questions and needs. Initially retained him for a dissolution of marriage, ended up switching to a non-contested legal separation and process went as expected with no issues.

I had a great experience with Scott and his team. I was interested in vaguely getting my estate affairs in order just in case something were to happen to me. You know, try being a responsible adult and plan for my kids to avoid probate court when the time comes. Scott explained everything in detail and gave me a couple different options from which to choose the one that best fits my situation. He answered everything and it was no longer a vague idea. He helped me with a trust, health care directives, power of attorney, and a will.
