Michael got a judgement overturned on appeal to the Ohio Supreme Court. He received a resounding affirmative response from the three judge panel to his coherent evaluation of the case law and the litigation facts. His work placed me in a position of strength to settle the case favorably. Since then he has been my go to business and personal counsel.

Going through any legal matter can be a stressful and in some cases it can actually be a scary the process to go through. Mr. Assert was very helpful with the information he gave myself about what the process and what to expect out of a custody hearing agreement although he represented myself in the he took it upon himself to also help and inform my son's of any questions she may have had. I believe in doing this he allowed both of us to reach a that allowed both of us to do you enter into a Shared Parenting Agreement which it in our situation is the best for our son and ultimately his help to allow her understand and feel comfortable with the agreement which saved an unnecessary drawn-out process I would definitely recommend and I plan on using him to help his mother and I alter and just update at our Parenting Agreement to make sure that our son's overall well-being is taking into consideration
