I sincerely hope no one has to seek a lawyer for their small child, but if you do Drew and his staff are the absolute best. They are compassionate, thorough and amazing! They are efficient and ready for any task, always getting things done on time and questions answered, with nothing left undone. I cannot thank everyone enough for their kindness and 5 star professionalism. I never had to worry about a thing. My daughter was completely taken care of with this law firm. Over the years I've needed to employ the services of attorneys several times. I hired Drew after my car wreck three years ago... He has been amazing and really supportive during the entire duration of getting my case settled in a middle of a pandemic, that of course slowed things down. Drew has his own method to the madness. If I ever needed an attorney again I would most definitely contact Drew again. Not only did we settle my case and void a trial but its more than I could have asked for. Andrew represented me about 10 years ago for a criminal case that ended up getting reduced and then expunged. Service and legal outcomes were excellent then and even better now. I had him represent me again in January of 2018 for a criminal felony case and just had the case dismissed in April of 2019. I once again have a clean record thanks to Andrew Baker. He is very personable and definitely went above and beyond for me. I was really anxious about turning myself in to jail for this but he was able to explain the whole process to me which made it a little less intimidatin. In the end everything went according to plan just like he had said. I hope that I am not in need of a lawyer again but I can say without a doubt that Andrew will be my first call should I ever get into trouble again.

About a year ago, a family member had to have surgery for an injury sustained while on active military duty in Iraq. In spite of having used the same doctor and medical facilities previously, the insurance company denied some of the claims leaving us liable for a very large medical bill. After unsuccessful appeals to the insurance company, we consulted with and hired Attorney Baker to represent us in the matter. Within days, he was up to speed on our situation after having reviewed the various documents from both the medical facility and the insurance company. He again appealed the insurance company's decision on our behalf, pointing out several reasons why we/he felt that the claim was both justifiable and valid. After what seemed like a very long 30- 40-day wait, the insurance company reversed their initial decision and within a few weeks after that reversal, paid the claims in question completely. While this may not be the best way to go about things, this was all done "long distance" as we lived several hours from Attorney Baker's office. Through communication by both telephone and email, we were able to provide Mr. Baker with the relevant information, documents and materials that he needed to pursue our appeal. Whether we spoke with Mr. Baker directly or to a member of his staff, we were always treated with the highest level of professionalism and our concerns became their concerns. Even while on vacation, Mr. Baker stayed in touch with us, keeping us informed with his efforts on our behalf and the status of the proceedings. I'm sure that everyone feels that they are right and that someone else is to blame but we did feel that we had been misinformed by several parties in the case and that we did have legitimate and valid reasons for our position. Attorney Baker took that position seriously and effectively represented us in dealing with all parties involved. While we hope to never be in a situation like that again, if such a need should arise, we would not hesitate to contact Attorney Baker to represent us again. We were completely satisfied with his efforts on our behalf and would highly recommend him as legal representation in similar matters.
