We’ve been contacting them for days, no one answers phone calls or emails and won’t call back either. Sent certified check for our payoff and they haven’t signed for it. Ridiculous way to run a company.

They hire a contracted company to do their low end filing work. The managment for this contracted company is horrible. They play favorites with certain employees. Relay confidential information to those certain employees that should be kept to management only. Those employees that are shown favortisim will during working hours disturb other employees while they are working by talking about video games and music for 30minutes with each other causing stress and loss of concentration to those other employees. The managment will have those employees move around equipment from desks that is only supposed to be handled by MDK's IT department. The management will also take things from people's desk that they don't like and throw it away causing stress to those employees. Management only cares about the work getting done correctly and could care less about anything that makes certain employees uncomfortable. Alot of these 5 star reviews are from employees that work there. My statement still stands.

Terrible company. A straight up scam

I called the law firm to ask a simple question. I was placed on hold for 2+ hours and no one ever answered the call. I even did this under the guise of a client, which means that the firm has little to no care towards meeting the needs of their clients. Terrible experience.

Horrible don't have people picking up their phones, nor do they call back in an appropriate time frame.

Made an appointment with them to hand deliver a check. Was told a representative would meet me, just would need buzzed in at the door. So I get there, ring the buzzer and states my business and I was expected. This very rude lady comes to the door, tells me that they aren't taking the time to meet with me that they are to busy. Is this really the type of people u want to invest your own time in? Very rude and very unprofessional. Now I understand why they have such negative reviews. Spend your money somewhere else

communication with them You can call but you get a message telling you to email them. Their response is 2 or 3 days later at the earlist. Did not see really see anything professional about this firm for what little contact there was with them. Everything was taken care of before I heard back from them.

Terrible experience with the robots that control this business.

Terrible company will not return phone calls. Very unprofessional and have no respect for humanity. SHAME ON Manley Deas & Cockalaski for being a maniacal company.
