I have a couple of really confusing probate case requests recently, and the way I entered the case in the legal shield app might have been confusing, and I completely understand why they might be confused as the same issue.

Extremely rude people on this time. I believe they probably look down on LegalShield customers. If you found this review while looking for LegalShield, please go elsewhere. They don't seem very interested in helping. The guy was so preoccupied with what he was doing on the other end (very evident by the long pauses in between me talking and his response). First time trying to use them, and he acted like I was bothering HIM. No thank you. Immediate cancellation. Do. Not. Go with this company.
