Hired through an employer benefit. They were very efficient about taking money and sending invoices.but generally slow to respond and did not meet deadlines /missed calls . Had to switch counsel …not a pleasant experience

I began working with Hank Sonderman in July of 2022. During my initial meeting with him, I could tell he was a person that cared about other people’s situation. Our initial conversation didn’t only talk about the fees and costs, but also discussed some of his personal background. Over the course of the two-year process, Mr. Sonderman was honest and candid on what I could expect during the divorce. During that period of working together, he always emphasized that he represents me, but he wanted the financial fairness for both parties. During the last six months of working together, he had difficulties getting my estranged wife’s (EW) personal information from her attorney. He kept me calm, positive, and confident that everything was going to work out for me. During the last 48 hours before our final court date, it appeared that the money I was going to have to pay Sandra, was going to prevent me from continuing my Season Tickets with the Cleveland Browns. Hank’s method of analyzing both parties assess and contribution to the retirement system, enabled me to keep my season tickets, and gave me SUPER SATISFACTION on the money I had to pay EW. EW & I still have a good relationship but can’t live together. She saw how Hank worked in my behalf. She told both me and Hank at the final hearing, she wished her three sons, who went through a divorce, had him as their attorney.
