I’m 75 yo ! I’ve been driving since I was 12 , on the farm ! I’ve never been the cause of an accident . Without realizing, I was been targeted in ‘speed zone traps’ twice! Not choosing to just pay the ticket, I came in contact with Mr. Cowan, who offered his services. I was skeptical at first . But not only did he give me advice about the program of taking a drivers education course that allowed my speed infraction to be dismissed, it kept the infraction and points off my record, which I always found the most troubling, because that record is used to raise your costs of insurance, no matter how good your accident free driving history may be. If you’re a safe driver, in a safe car, and met a ticket writer on a bad day , in a speed trap, I would highly recommend Mr Cowan to anyone ! He provides a surprising service and is just a nice chap !
