Got a ticket while in Ohio and I am from out of state. Cowan made this process simple and quick, I did not have to do anything or appear in court and he was able to get everything taken care of.

My issue was not quite what they handle, but I got a call from Mr. Mokhtari himself. He had great working knowledge and experience of the type of situation with which I am dealing, and was kind enough to give me a run down of how such things USUALLY play out, and THAT was an absolutely massive help. If I ever DO get in a situation where these guys can help me, they will INDEED be the guys I call and I would say you should too!
