Amazing guy! I had a routine speeding ticket that I felt I was in the right. He personally called me and listened to my reasoning, even though it was im sure just a small small case ..he fought for my thoughts on why I was wronged and got the ticket thrown out. Its great to find ppl that care still these days.

Mr Cowan was able to handle a speeding ticket for me as an out of state motorist. He was very thorough with gathering my information and keeping me informed about the process. He called me promptly upon settlement of my case and was very effective in court, as evidenced by the outcome.

Possibly the worst communication of any type of firm or business I’ve had to deal with. I reached out to them about an accident June 2022 (almost 2 years ago) and they immediately took it, had me sign consent forms. Had me see a physical therapist for months which I had to pay 4 k ++ out of pocket for. Then the attorney working on my case quit the firm (which should have been a red flag). I had to reach out to them MULTIPLE times just to see where my case stands. Took them WEEKS just to respond to an email. They finally told me who my new attorney was just like 6 weeks ago!!! (Remember it’s been almost 2 years). I just received a letter from the delivery man today that I had to sign from them stating that they can no longer take my case and my statute of limitations is June 8 of this year. I would give this company 0 stars if I could. ALWAYS have different staff, seems like a high turn around and lawyers quitting. I know how google reviews work. This one will probably make the bottom but it’s a real and honest review. Stay away from this firm! They are non communicative and very disorganized. Do not walk; RUN from this firm! You can do better. Plus they take 60 % of your settlement instead of most firms that only take 40%. The fact the main attorney working on my case quit the firm speaks volumes alone. This place is like the “Saul Goodman” of Lawfirms. It’s a joke. It probably was a more reliable and established firm years ago. To me it seems like this firm went downhill fast. Now I have a month to find a new lawyer if I want to get the compensation deserved for my still on-going injuries. This place will most likely go out of business in the next few years if not sooner. Even Hannah the kind paralegal quit; along with sooooo many others! This is your warning, don’t say you weren’t told! I’d be happy to show anyone who wants to see.

I would like to thank Mr. Cowan for his hard work and before anything his honesty. I am a CDL holder and was operating a CMV at the time of my violation ( Speeding 67 in a 55 ). Mr. Cowan off jump told me that it will be a tough case to take on and that I should understand that paying his fee is a gamble and there is no guarantee unlike many other attorneys I was talking with at the time and they were trying to sell me. Good news i received today is that my case was amended to a Non-Moving Violation, meaning no points :). Thank You, Mr. Cowan

Earlier this month I was attempting to get a civil stalking protection order. I had l spoken to many people at the Franklin County court, police officers, etc., and yet, I could not find any information on what I was supposed to be doing, or even if I had filed for the correct thing. It's all very complicated and confusing the way the law is set up, and there many different kinds of protection orders. All I knew was that there was a dangerous man that I needed to keep away from me and my family. I spent a day calling several law offices to no avail, when someone pointed me to Saia, Marrocco and Jensen. I left a message with them and my call was returned the same day by Jacob A Bigby. His advice was without a doubt the thing that made it so I was able to win my case. I am certain I wouldn't have gotten my protection order otherwise.
