Inconsistent communication and updates on case status
“I only found out that my boyfriend's motion was denied because my boyfriend got paperwork in the mail from the judge and my boyfriend called me and let me know the motion was denied. I was very disappointed because when I would ask about the status of the motion the attorney did not have any answers.”

Difficulty getting license issues resolved
“I'm changing to 3 stars because my license is still suspended and I'm frustrated looking back on how everything went. Zach indicated to me several times that I would be able to get my license back before and after the trial. I asked about appealing early on and after, but we never tried.”
