Laura Helmbrecht was terrific. Answered my call on one ring, and in the space of 10 minutes, she sent an engagement letter on my phone and she was set. She handled my traffic violation within a few weeks, and resolved it to my satisfaction. No points. Super great communications and very professional. Could not have been a better experience.

I received a traffic ticket while in Columbus picking my child up from the airport. It was a minor violation that I had never heard of but it required a court appearance?! I have a busy professional life and I was confused as to what I should do. I did a bit of research and found Laura and gave a call. She promptly responded and took my case. For a single fee she made several appearances and dealt with all the issues surrounding my ticket. The case went on for several months through continuations and eventually the ticket was dismissed. Laura took care of everything and kept me informed throughout the process. I was extremely pleased with the outcome. He understands the complexities of the system and believes in justice for the people. Very happy with my choice to move forward with Jeff.
