“She answered and did not address where i was calling into and very nasty said 'hold' then when she came back on the line she very short and said 'where do you want to go'.”

Difficulty in reaching and getting a response from attorneys
“I have called this place about numerous different issues and they never can help with any of them. The intake line always gives me phone numbers to 2 different attorneys and states 'Call them and see if they can help', I have called those numbers and never got an answered phone call or a returned call from the messages I left.”
