Pros
1
Effective in resolving clients' legal issues, such as Medicaid and employment-related problems
“Outstanding service. I had issues with Medicaid at franklin job and family services. Thru helped me out and got my case handled professionally.”
2
Helpful and encouraging attorneys who work diligently on clients' cases
“Ted ran with it from there he made all appointments and kept that paperwork up to date. He presentations were fantastic, he never gave up on it and when I got discouraged he encouraged me to hang in there.”
Cons
1
Unprofessional and rude staff who can be dismissive of clients' concerns
“She answered and did not address where i was calling into and very nasty said "hold" then when she came back on the line she very short and said "where do you want to go" i said can i please explain what my issue is so you can point me in the right direction. She said "she does not have time for that bc she has 16 callers ahead of me " and before i could say anything she transferred my call somewhere.”
2
Difficulty in getting in touch with assigned attorneys and receiving timely responses
“I seeked help here from an attorney, and she hasn't returned one of my phone calls, and it has been 2 weeks. She could at least tell me that they can't take my case. Very unprofessional.”
3
Selective in choosing which clients to assist, potentially leaving some in need without support
“They cherry pick who the won't to help! You make every effort to do the right thing just to discover that it doesn't matter if money isn't involved.”
