Mr. Mallory helped me fight an OVI charge in Marietta, OH. It could have had a horrible impact on my life both civilian and military but we were able to come out with a lesser charge that holds alot less consequences than an OVI. Mr. Mallory was very professional and his office was constantly in touch to let me know court dates and possible outcomes. I really appreciate what he has done for me.

I was in an accident, totaled my car, failed sobriety tests...Mr Sabol got the reckless driving OVI charge reduced to vehicular possession...which meant no dui, no points on driving record.
