Absolutely the worst! He represented my son on a felony probation violation case. Didn't even take the time to get the police report, had me get it for him, did not even talk to my son before the final hearing and said he admitted to all violations! Sending son to prison for 18 months. Blosser is all about getting paid for work he doesn't even perform. He basically works for the prosecutor. Don't waste your time and money with this guy.
