I’m typically only one to write a review when I have a very positive experience and want to help others find great places. Case in point. My attorney Carrie at Mansell Law responded quickly upon my initial inquiry and you could tell was very passionate with her work. Moving forward, she was very responsive, efficient, upmost professional and truly worked side by side with me. I had the pleasure of working with Carrie Dyer of Mansell Law. The experience was wonderful, from the very first moment I reached out for help and guidance not understanding my own rights to getting to work with Carrie in a successful negotiation for my situation. Carrie Dyer and Rhiannon Herbert are not just experts in labor and employment law, but also great people to work with. I had actually approached another reputed lawyer based on a friend's recommendation - but since that lawyer was busy in a court case, she referred me to Carrie with a strong recommendation. And I must say that Carrie lived up to every word of it. Carrie and Rhiannon grasped the context of my employment in a jiffy and came up with an excellent strategy to protect my interests - including diverse protections such as prompt payment, employee classification, implicit contract etc. The legal response they drafted was so professional, comprehensive and irrefutable (including several references to past case histories) that the opposite side and their lawyer did not even try to refute it - they just went silent! Unlike some other employment attorneys who push you to file claims in order to get a commission out of those claims, Carrie and Rhiannon do not unnecessarily do that. I Highly recommend this firm for any and all legal needs. I called one day about my needs and they understood and took immediate action. Before I knew it it was resolved and I was cashing my check.
