Joseph Patchen is no good. Asked him to spell his rates on his engagement letter as he only included lawyer fees and not paralegals. Wanted paralegals rates included and he threw a fit and said we arent a fit. Sounds like they just want to arbitrarily bill there client with no transparency. Be careful of this firm.

Attorney Geoffrey Kunkler did a great job. He took quite a bit of time speaking with me to ensure I fully understood the language in the Wholly Discretionary Trust as well as my other estate planning documents. Having worked for an attorney for 15 years I can say that he's the type of attorney we all hope for. One that will listen and not rush through your appointment. He's kind, patient, quick to respond and reasonably priced. I'm glad that I found him and would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends and family.
