I have known Jackie for a handful of years now. He has created a wonderful office with a great group of knowledgeable and supportive people and resources. They are extremely helpful in the Medicaid process, VA benefits, and estate planning. I definitely recommend them if you are looking into any of these services!

Lyn and Stephanie with Collins & Kruse were so incredibly helpful with our application for VA benefits for my mother. They kept in close contact with us and handled all of the intricacies involved with such VA applications, and we had a very smooth and successful process thanks to them! here's the short story, my dad had to put my mom in a nursing home and six weeks later fell and ended up in a different nursing home with a broken leg. They were AMAZING. they came out and spoke to my dad and started the process of getting her on medicaid and setting up her trust fund, will, POA for both of them, and any other services we needed. they were with us every step of the way. even when my father passed away six months after he was placed in the nursing home. if you ever need great lawyers, paralegals these are the people who will work for you for your elder care needs.

If anyone would ask me for help to find an attorney. I would recommend Colin and Kruse. Stephanie Arnett has helped me tremendously.

The person they have answering incoming requests is very rude. Felt like I was calling to talk to the CEO of a major company and her job was to find any excuse to deny me talking to a lawyer. Would not listen, made assumptions halfway through my first sentence and then just kept talking over me until I gave up and hung up. Very unpleasant business impression and one I'm just not willing to fight through to maybe get help.

Jackie and his team have been a tremendous help with my parents. I am the POA and have been working over the past year getting my parents financials and Independent Living arranged. It has been an immense amount of work and not sure how I would have accomplished any of it without this teams services. Can not say enough good things about their efforts.
