Katherine was a great attorney. She was very helpful and responsive, which is hard to find with some Counselors. She is determined to win and looks out for her Clients best interests. Hopefully I won't need to hire a lawyer in the future, but if I do it will be her!

I have utilized Attorney Katherine Keenan twice within the last 5 years. She has represented me in two cases and I am satisfied with both outcomes. Due to changes in financial circumstances, Ms. Keenan was able to provide the legal expertise and representation to assist in various financial / legal matters. My preferred method was e-mail, and she was very responsive to any of my questions, provided me with great updates regarding various creditors, and had not issues responding to follow-up questions that I had as well as explaining certain pieces of information that was foreign to me. With my situation, she provided realistic possible outcomes and not 'over-promised' as I have heard many professionals can do. She stuck to the facts, and in my opinion provided the best possible outcome for my particular cases.

Having an unfortunate and sudden disability I found myself leaving s good job and going broke with medical bills. I needed to deal with Bank of America, they weren't very understanding and sued me, threats of garnishing my disability through my bank. Ms. Keenan responded quickly and backed them off. Her responses to phone calls and emails is stellar. Even when she had a bad flu and it was time to appear, she called assuring me I'd never see the inside of a courtroom. She was off for a sick day, sounding terrible and she returned my call on her personal cell within 30 minutes. I Be er went through this before and had a lot of questions. For the value they provide, I probably should have spent more on all my questions and calls. But no, she always replied, explained it until I understood and protected me. I highly recommend Ms. Keenan and if I ever need assistance again I'll definay call her. I've given her name to many friends alreay. In some cases you'll never go into court.
