Keith was a professional but very understanding. It did not matter how many questions we asked he would take the time to explain them and even put it up on the dry erase board to help us understand. We had a question on an insurance policy and best way to take care of pre arrangement for funeral. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and answered my questions very satsfacterly. We have our funeral arrangements already taken care of and well on our way to getting the ins. taken care of. He also reviewed the trust and verified that thing were the same and made corredtions where necessary
