I called and talked to mike a few months ago about getting deposit back from previous landlord and he seemed like he was really wanting to help. Told me to send in some information but it took some time to find the lease agreement and other things. So I found the things and have tried to reach multiple times but no one ever answers the phone. I left a message Saturday and called again today Monday and instead of being able to talk to mike this receptionist became very rude and mean and actually hung the phone up on me. She then tried to call back and say she was trying to help. The reviews speak for themselves mike good guy but whoever he has working for him needs a lot of training

Both Lisa and Michael Cassone were super professional and responsive through my tenant eviction. The tenant was a difficult one, he did not move out at the set out date and was armed when visited, but Cassone Law expedited the refiling of set out processes and was communicating with me all the way. Michael took our call and gave us hope when no one else would. Two weeks after signing a lease with our landlord and less than 24 hours before move-in, the landlords said they'd changed their mind and would only offer us inferior properties in exchange. What followed was four and a half months of dealing with the landlords' code violations, missing permits, shoddy work, dangerous conditions, and harassment. Michael was with us through it all, and ultimately won us a settlement that covered the cost of severing the lease unilaterally and moving to a new home that suited our needs. Here's the kicker: Michael was extremely economical with the time he spent on our case so we didn't spend any more money than necessary. This was especially generous considering our legal costs were included in our settlement. Bottom line: Michael Cassone gets it done, and doesn't waste time or money. We're so grateful we found him, and we'd definitely use him again.

It took 48 hours to respond to our request and at the last moment, they said they cannot help us. I Don't Recommend this office and the attorney Lisa.
