Cassone Law Offices was contacted in September of 2021 to take on my case involving a house purchase on a land contract. I invested over $30,000 into remodeling the property but, unfortunately, misplaced some receipts and could only find documentation for $21,000. Michael Perry, who was selling me the house, requested pictures of the remodeling. Shockingly, he then used those pictures to sell the house out from under me and my three children. When I initially spoke with an attorney from Cassone Law Offices, they assured me it was an open and shut case. Fast forward three years, and I still haven't received any compensation. The man who scammed me out of my savings has since inherited a considerable amount of money, yet it's a struggle to get any response from Cassone Law Offices or see any progress in my case. It seems that everything went downhill for me when they lost their paralegal, Lisa D. Despite the lack of results, I keep receiving bills from the office claiming I owe money. I only want to recover the money I invested in the house, which was in a blighted condition until I fixed it up. My family and I ended up living in a hotel for a year after the house was sold out from under us. I don't know what to do anymore, and I'm deeply frustrated and upset by the lack of action and communication from Cassone Law Offices.

Cassone is handling a case for me regarding my special needs son. They go above and beyond for our family. We go to them for everything.

I expected a better office space. It's on the 2nd level so plan on going up the stairs because I saw no elevator. The drop box is literally about 1 foot off the ground so if you need to drop something after hours be sure your able to get uo off the ground. As for cassone himself my atty dealt with him and he was a decent reasonable guy to deal with he is much better then some attorneys that have big expensive offices downtown. He was a reasonable person.

I have never felt like I matter so much. Lisa DiFrancesco is the office manager at Cassone Law Offices.I initially called the office because I was frustrated and at my wits end and didn’t know where to turn I knew that I was getting wrongfully evicted from my home but felt powerless. Lisa did not miss a beat she listened she understood and she let me know what to do. She didn’t place judgment she just jumped in to action to help me and when I tell you I was upset I was upset. (In 😭) . I remember her telling me to take a breath and breathe and it was gonna be OK. I finally got to meet Michael my lawyer and he was amazing I felt like help insanity fell in my lap. Finally someone that is here for the people and care about justice being served correctly Great news I don’t even have to go to court he handled what I needed in a setting reasonable prices and they work with you. I would advise anyone and I mean anyone pick up the phone give them a call they are truly some amazing people.
