GREAT LAWYERS.....They care

The men and women that work for this firm do the work necessary for both Workers Comp as well as Social Security. One part of my BWC claim went to the Ohio Supreme Court using a Writ of Mandamus. I don't even know what that is, but at the time, he and his firm was performing 95 to 97% of those in the state. These run over 200 pages and I don't believe he's ever lost one They've been my BWC and SS attorneys since 1980 and even though my claim has been settled as PT, they still help me fight the BWC with no additional compensation from me. I asked the big guy why they would do this for me for free. He told me that his firm takes care of its clients indefinitely. No one does that ... these men and women do it. They are by far the best in the state for Ohio BWC and Social Security problems. And as I mentioned they have extensive experience with the Ohio Supreme Court if your claim comes to that. If you are in need, make the call. Tell them Clark sent you (and no, I get nothing for referrals, darn it!).

I need an attorney and Lady recommend him to me and I tell you what I am extremely happy within a week he was getting me needed things that you know to help along with my workman's comp suit I'm putting in and he's already sent me enough. I'll have some money to work with in case I need it

My wife selected this firm for her BWC claim, a very simple, witnessed work accident resulting in hospital trip and several procedures....this firm and mike Muldoone totally dropped the ball, failed to contact any witnesses, failed to gather billing info for total bills prior to a "settlement" hearing he scheduled without his clients consent, the magistrate asked for the total dollar amount he was negotiating, yep, he had no idea, was not prepared for a meeting with the hearing magistrate that he himself had sceduled..and this sums up what we've experienced every step with this firm...total lack of concern for the client/injured worker and a lack of professionalism has been on display to us thru out. My advice: try another lawyer, a professional.
