Jim McGovern is the lawyer you want by your side when communicating with the Ohio Board of Nursing. His calm, straightforward and empathetic demeanor put me at ease. He encouraged me to continue my career as an RN after I expressed "it isn't worth doing it anymore when you have to go through this!".

Jim represented me through my 4-year journey with the Ohio Board of Nursing and with his help I was able to exceed all of my goals (having my license reinstated, completing the monitoring program, etc.) Jim coached me for interviews and meetings ahead of time to ensure success.
