What an awful experience. I received a letter from this office about a debt I owe. I called to pay my small debt, then woke up to 38,000.00 worth of charges in my account. Clearly someone got ahold of my account numbers or something. The insane thing is we were never given a reason. Sean Campbell, who i provided my checking account number to, never has told us what happened and he didn’t reverse the charges. We had to go through our bank to close our account and block these unauthorized charges. Thankfully, we caught them while they were still pending or I don’t know what the ramifications would have been. Very deceitful and possible scammers. Will be reporting.
