Catherine White has skillfully guided me through 2 family law matters. Both times she did everything she could to prevent us from being divorced and Catherine was successful in both instances. The first time she got my wife to drop the case against me. The second time she worked with all parties involved to hammer out a dissolution that was fair and equitable. When we went before the judge he stated that normally he has to go into chambers and hash out the details of the agreements because they are so poorly written. In our case he stated that he had no questions about the agreement because it was so clearly written. He simply asked us if we agreed to it and we were done in less than 10 minutes. Two of which were used to praise the work that the attorneys had done.

I hired Catherine for my divorce. She was very understanding and compassionate. She is very knowledgeable and walked me through process and answered all of my questions. She always got back to me with my questions in a timely manner. I am so thankful to have her as my attorney.

Attorney White is amazing. She took time to understand my situation. I was married in India and my husband now my ex lives in India, I am in US with my 2 kids. SHE'S NOT "JUST" AN ATTORNEY...SHE'S MUCH MORE!!!! I wouldn't have gotten through this very nasty and long drawn out divorce if it had not been for Catherine. This was a 2 year process and I wanted to quit and just take nothing because it was becoming so draining and attacking my mental health. I own a metal roofing company in central Ohio. Unfortunately i found myself needing legal assistance with a relatively small claim with a client. *Update* Catherine to the rescue again!!!!! I hired Catherine initially while going through an extremely high conflict divorce. My divorce was finalized late January 2023. By the middle of March 2023 my ex-wife was up to her usual disparaging and hurtful behavior. I had hired Catherine during my divorce and to say that she helped me throughout that process is an extreme understatement! When I met Catherine it didn't take long to discern that she is not like any other attorney I have ever spoken to. Catherine is caring and compassionate; she is thorough and knowledgeable. Due to a simple misunderstanding my ex-wife kept my daughter from me for 5 months. My ex-wife and her attorney fabricated lie after lie. The situation started when I advised my ex-wife that I planned to exercise my parenting time for spring break. I arrived on a Friday in March to begin my parenting time and my ex would not allow me to have my daughter. I called the Columbus police department and they advised me there was nothing they could do; that only the judge could enforce the shared parenting plan. That began 5 months of hell as my poor daughter was once again kept from her father. Catherine fought for me and filed several motions until the heat was enough that the other side started wanting to negotiate. I could not have gone through such a trying time without Catherine by my side. This past week marked the first time in over 5 months that my daughter was with her daddy. I just finalized a divorce that lasted almost 2 years. My divorce was extremely high conflict! I had everything including the kitchen sink thrown at me. I hired Catherine with approximately 3 months remaining before the divorce was finalized. If only I had hired her sooner. I went through two previous attorneys and they did nothing but take my money. Catherine was cool calm and collected throughout the entire process. Catherine was thorough and professional and explained things before they happened and also as they were happening. Save yourself time and money and give Catherine a call!

I hired Brian to send letter to company regarding a check that was cashed fraudulently. He was right on it. Received notice that Letter was sent to company and wasn't two weeks later. My money had been returned to me. Mr. Garvine is always so professional but yet caring when he has done work for My husband and me. I would definitely recommend.
