When the BIA Grievance Procedure went in favor of the builder we hired Rick Grady. In hind sight, we should have never wasted time not having representation but the BIA of a centra Ohio was misleading. He came to our home to see the issues first hand and our understand our dispute. We text, emailed and conferences the rest of the time. If your dispute has anything to do with residential construction then Rick Grady comes highly recommended by this client. We spent 15 months fighting without him and found resolution in less than 4 with his expertise.

Used them a few years back, they seemed to be thorough with the job, it was a estate case and my a$$hole brother was being a thief! In the end I got a % of the monetary value but since he stole all assets it was a bit of a case. In the end I was satisfied! Christopher Andrew Koch is a thieving rat and ive washed my hands of him!
