Cons
1
Lack of communication and updates from the firm
“No response despite many, many, many texts, emails and failed calls. After finally getting thru to receptionist, I was told I'm to never contact the firm and must use an alternate person to communicate.”
2
Inconsistent quality of service
“Just overall a disappointing experience and waste of time.”
3
Concerns about billing practices and transparency
“I feel like Gregory was only concerned about the $$$ and definitely did not look out for my best interest. What I received from my experience is that moving forward this will NEVER happen to my two daughters. Attorneys care nothing about your loss or your grief.”
4
Difficulty in reaching attorneys and staff
“I called to speak to someone to represent me about my Lyft accident as a passenger. The woman asked a few questions and said they can't help me. What? I already have a claim with the Lyft insurance company.”
5
Perceived unprofessional and unethical conduct
“Very unprofessional and vindictive lawyers. They will smile in your face but have no intention of helping you if you disagree with them.”
