In my experience John doesn't even deserve 1 star. Initially yes John did a decent job of getting me my license back within the first 45 days after I received a DUI. But after that, everything goes down hill. He didn't file the paperwork suppressing video evidence that happened AFTER I was taken into custody. Everytime the prosecutor offered me a plea bargain(3 times) John told me and my family he could win it because "they had no evidence." 10 mins before our TRIAL after he'd taken thousands of dollars of our money he decided to "prepare" me. Once the trial started he mocked the court, the judge, used sarcastic remarks to make fun of the prosecutors, and it was evident that he wasn't prepared due to his power point mishaps, and that he did not admit previous testimony from the arresting officer that at an earlier hearing had admitted to administering the field sobriety test wrong. So instead of doing 10 days in jail, fines, and a year drivers license suspension......I did 60 days in jail, 3 years probation, 3 years license suspension, 2 months of therapy, $2500 in fines, and the yellow plates and breathalyzer in my car. And after I received the guilty verdict John scurried out of the room as fast as he could. Do yourself a favor.......save your money.
