The Law office of Paul Panico is by far the best and most knowledgeable law firm that I have came across.Perhaps the thing that impressed me most about Paul and his firm was he don't "sugar coat". He was very straight forward. The paralegal that is there is by far one of the most friendly and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They kept me informed of what the best options for me and my daughter were. Paul's no-nonsense style and knowledge of the law and the system are invaluable. Do not hesitate to call him, your calls will be returned without delay. I'd recommend Paul any day of the week. He is definitely the man I will call and so should you.

Run away do not hire this law firm when comes domestic or family court issue. For 10 years I suffer visiting my son in supervised visiting center treated like prisoner until I hired another lawyer just recently. I do not want people to suffer what I had deal with when comes to this law firm. Like many law firm it's all about money and not fighting for your client.

Worst lawfirm in Columbus! I hired them in February 2019 to do a appeal case I wanted to do against my HOA.. Attorney Courtney Hanna told me that I would win the appeal because the HOA should have never won the first case because they are not allowed to sue you for what others have in the community "selective enforcement" she called it.. so I hire her and it got worst and worst and the bills kept coming in from them! We went to oral arguments and attorney Deborah McNinch fell straight on her face in the court room and the appeal court would not let me do a appeal against my HOA! After spending $30,000 with this lawfirm they did 0 for me and I fired attorney Courtney Hanna after she lied to me to drag me along and to give me false hope! I then got a different attorney and paid him a total of $12 in mailing fees to turn in applications for me and the HOA approved everything! Stay away from Joseph & Joseph they will lie to you, string you along, milk you for every penny you have!

I went to see Paul for a free consultation following receipt of divorce papers from my wife. What I received from Paul was a good quality, Caring advice and guidance as what I needed to do. He told me point blank that I didn’t need an attorney for my case. He asked whether I have a printer at home, I told him no. I was searching for a good lawyer to help me with my divorce and complicated situation. I found some attorneys that have good reviews, and I decided to call and ask them about my situation. I called two attorneys’ office that asked me to pay 250$ for one-hour consultation ( the first was only 37 min and the second was 42 min by phone) and even I couldn't get any reasonable answers. Paul was the third attorney that I called to make an appointment with him for consultation. He asked me some questions about my situation, and I thought this is the free consultation that he was indicated in his official website, but I was wrong, I had an appointment with him in person. I want to share my story, so that it may help you or someone else who is caught making this tough decision. I was in a pinch and was caught off guard by my divorce. No warning. All was good one day and the rug pulled out from under me the next. Picking a divorce attorney was not such an easy task given where my head was during that initial phase. You may be in that same situation. Let me help you out. I picked Paul, and here is my story. First, if this is your first divorce, stay calm and listen to your attorney. Paul helped me stay focused and prioritize what I wanted to leave with when it was all over. Paul and his colleagues were there to guide me through the process of divorce. I am not going to lie and tell you that it was easy, that I was happy or ok with how the process went, but I have to say it was in no part Paul’s or his office’s fault. I went through my divorce during the “pandemic” which caused several delays due to the court shutting down, continuances, and the personal issues my wife and I were going through. His office assistant, Beth, would always email me reminders on anything I needed to know about. Bottom line, my divorce took 15 months. It lasted from the end of December 2019 to the end of March 2021. During this time, I felt that I was always kept informed, treated with respect, and professionalism. All aspects of the process were well explained which gave me the opportunity to make educated decisions based on the needs of my kids first and me second. If you have not already done so, I strongly suggest anyone dealing with children in a divorce adopt this attitude. Paul helped me get visitation with my kids and leave the visitation open to be amended later. Depending on your situation, you may not be on speaking terms with your spouse. Whatever the case, you should always ask for and follow the direction of your attorney when it involves conversations with your soon to be ex. Paul made it clear what to and what not to discuss. In the beginning my wife and I conversed mainly about the children. The conversation soon developed into more and we began to discuss what was going with our lives. Some important matters still needed to be delt with by our attorneys, however I was lucky to have a soon to be ex who cared about the kids as well as me. Paul was there for me when I needed him. He took the time to work on my case even when he had hardships and troubles of his own. He was genuinely kind, caring, and knew what I was going through.
