“I was NOT a client. I was a 3rd party payer for a contract that was being done. the account was charged for time before the retainer was completed. There were ZERO changes or updates to the contract. Overall Emma was extremely unprofessional and rude in her interactions. We became afraid to interact due to being charged for everything.”
