Was in the middle of a cal and said I want to know my options but wouldn’t decide just today and the representative, Sarah, said ‘ok’ and hung up on me like I’m not allowed to hear my options? What kind of business are you running. This is absolutely ridiculous I thought you were supposed to help people

I called to talk about consolidating my debt loans. They made an appointment with me and then continued to text me about making an appointment even though I already had one. Then they were supposed to call me and missed my appointment time twice and I had to email them about it. Finally when I got on the phone I was working with Lonnie and he was so rude and belittled me and told me how bad my choices were to get into debt. When I told him I was going to think about the program he said "ok good luck". It was the rudest interaction and felt like a business sales deal. If I could give zero stars I would. I took my debt consolidation to someone else.

Literally hours after I filling out information on their website and they said I would get a msg from a 904 area code (Florida, I'm in Ohio not the point I'll be making) then I got several text messages from realtors with 904 and other Florida area codes calling me Karina asking how they can help me find a house. Obviously my information was compromised using their system to fill out my information.

(BEWARE of the positive reviews) Spoke with Brian, he was very unprofessional and rude on the phone. Hope the rep can work on their tone and on how they approach the introductory conversation. (Looks like other people have similar experiences soo maybe work on training reps properly) Also, BEWARE of positive reviews - it seems the people happy with the TurboDebt service are those who own companies looking to collect debt. DO NOT CONTACT them if you need help with personal debt relief.
