Total waste of time. Advertised as debt relief and they tell me that it’s not. False advertising and very rude people.

Very rude and unprofessional, when I was asked the question of how much debt his response was "wow". Really? I ended the conversation when he was rude enough to come back with a "do I need to call you back after you eat?" Keeping in mind I was not not eating " such an ahowl!

Wanted to use their services, even spoke with them on the phone everything seemed fine and great. Then I get an email saying they aren’t a good fit. No explanation and definitely not a phone call. Great customer service.

I originally spoke to Bismar and he was so kind and understanding but he left for vacation so I was introduced to Tyler and he was SO rude. After I shared with him I didn’t want to move forward in the process he started yelling at me saying why I even care about my credit and then hung up on me. It came off like this is a total scam and now I’m absolutely terrified that they’re going to sell my information.

I spoke to Hunter Stevens at Turbo Debt and he was very aggressive. We had a hard time connecting on the phone. We finally connected this morning after I sent him my budget. He saw that I was already on a debt consolidation program with Consumer Credit Counseling and he put them down. I didn't appreciate that!
He said in order to be on Turbo Debt they would only help me with accounts over $500 in debt and that I would have to stop paying on them to go "into collections" for them to be able to make the best deals with them to reduce their interest rates and also have many late payments appear on my credit report.
He offered to tackle $7951 in credit card debt at a monthly payment of $225 and that it would take 2 years to pay it off through the National Debt Relief program with the $225 going into a trust account.
He said he could reduce the principal balance by 50%. He said I first had to show my creditors that I was in a financial hardship. I was not comfortable having late payments appear on my credit report since I always made my payments on time so then he said why don't you want to pay down your debt sooner why worry about late payments appearing on your credit report, and I said because it's against my values and personal beliefs and that I pay my bills on time.
I am not going to use Turbo Debt! I turned them down! He tried to make me feel like an idiot and I said I am not doing it! CLICK!

Jared and Mike do a great job, they communicate well keeping you in the loop as they recover the bad debts. I will continue to use Point Law Co. when I need help getting paid. Their online portal not only makes it east to file a claim but sending messages as information becomes available and progress is being made on the claim. Highly recommend.

I hired Ms. Westfall in December of 2021 to represent me in my divorce case after I learned of an affair my husband was having. Due to a history of drinking and violence, I also got a CPO against my husband, which Ms. Westfall also helped me with.
A couple of months into my divorce I was feeling less broke and more empowered and wanted to speak out after the years of domestic violence I suffered in silence. I received an email from Ms. Westfall requesting I take down a social media post I made, and informing me that she was currently representing my husband's affair partner in her divorce case. I felt uncomfortable by this and asked if this was a conflict of interest. Ms. Westfall responded that if I made it an issue, she would have to withdraw from both cases. “Let's not make this an issue” was her exact words. I felt conflicted by this as I had already paid her and she did not mention refunding me. Her response felt threatening. I could not afford to lose her and my retainer so I deleted my post and did not speak of my husband's affair partner again until she became pregnant and in the same cycle, I was once in. Any concerns I had about the safety and well-being of my children while in that home were dismissed, despite sound evidence. Court dates were limited to counsel only and on several occasions, I emailed for updates about my case and those emails went unanswered.
I recently discovered that Ms. Westfall has been associated with my husband's affair partner, and her mother, for several years before taking on either case. Ms. Westfall failed to disclose her personal relationship with my husband's affair partner and I strongly feel her personal feelings affected her ability to take necessary action in my case. When I bought this to the attention of Ms. Westfall, stating I was no longer interested in her representation, she deflected on her relationship with them and again insisted it was only ever business.
In my personal opinion, Ms. Westfall intentionally misled me regarding her relationship with the other party. Instead of withdrawing from my case and refunding my money when she learned of a conflict, she manipulated the situation and took advantage of my post-abused mind. She spent the past year and a half loving photos of my husband and the child that was conceived during the affair on social media; while also ignoring my emails and disregarding my concerns, putting myself and my children in unsafe situations.
If you want to hire Ms. Westfall, I recommend you fully research before making that decision to ensure she is truly capable of working in your best interest. This situation caused more stress, in an already stressful situation, as I had to switch counsel in the middle of my divorce.
