Decent Local Law Firm

When my case of being run over by a semi entirely his fault was being worked on after the initial intwrview at the doctors office they didn't speak with me once including follow up visits seeing how I was doing anything like that. They were sinply pursuing their share of what they perceived to be a small possible settlement.

I was in a accident several years ago and asked this company to help me seek compensation. My case wasn't properly pursued and the person skipped town and I was never compensated and I was dropped without notice..

If your case isn't worth BIG MONEY to them the employees at schiff and Associates will blatantly lie to you to get you to settle then leave you completely SCREWED. After being ignored by them for 2 years or more of I told the 3rd or 4th person "handling" my case who was strong-arming me into settling that I would settle ONLY IF THEY GOT ME THE SETTLEMENT QUICKLY. She told me that they could cut me a check themselves and then they could wait to be reimbursed. Months and months and months later come to find out that was a BLATANT LIE. First she didn't even start working on it after she strong armed me into it until I called again to see why I hadn't heard anything from her. Then I found out from the next person "handling" my case they weren't going to cut my check and wait anyways that was just obviously something she told me to get me to agree to settle. Long story short, in my opinion based on my awful experience, I would only go to schiff and Associates if you have a case that will make THEM big money. Otherwise you will likely be ignored and left COMPLETELY SCRWED like I was. Run don't walk to another firm.

Scott Schiff and associates are a JOKE , I wish I could give zero stars because i waited for my settlement for 2 years , I had this sorry lawyer name Ryan Lawler, a conflict of interest cause Ryan Lawler use to work for the insurance company I was suing he never called or email me, the only time I needed to know anything I had to call them , everybody that was in the car with me got there settlement but me I didn't get anything plus they dropped me be4 I could go to trial , i went to my pretrial, and my supposed to be sorry **s Lawyer Ryan Lawler didn't even speak or say anything to me while we were in the court room, he waited until I was outside on High Street to ask me do I have anything else say , my response No I don't you should have asked me while we were in the court room if any one needs a lawyer PLEASE DON'T GET SCOTT SCHIFF BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU THEY WILL DRAG YOUR CASE UNTIL 2 YEARS THEN DROP YOU WITH OUT ANY NOTICE...... i see they only help certain people, I hope Scott Schiff them go outta business because they are a waste of time someone's time ..... I have been waiting for a small settlement for almost 2 years. I have had to call several times to get a status and always get the same answer if I can reach the Paralegal at all. I feel as though since the money isn't as much as some people's they aren't pushing the medical insurance company as much as they should to be able to get the money that is owed to my family. 2 years for a settlement less than 2k is ridiculous.

I went to this company because they bragged about being from Ohio and all, and I thought that they would be for me. However, I feel like I'm alone, they have not called me in almost two years about my medical suit, and when I call I barely get a call back. I am ready to go to trial but my lawyers seem as if they are working against me. The chiropractor visits seemed to have made my pain worse instead of better. I totally recommend choosing another company if you get into an accident.

The collections department is the most unprofessional staff I have ever come across. Particularly Holly, hides behind the phone thinking she can order people around especially in a time like today where many people and businesses don't know if they will have a job or remain open. She's a bully and pathetic.

I had a really good experience using Schiff and Associates. Everyone I had contact with were friendly and knowledgeable about my claim. Mrs. Annie Bradley was wonderful working with my husband and I. She went above and beyond. Id definitely use them again, God forbid.

Don't be deceived by charlatans pretending to be dissatisfied real clients. Schiff is the real McCoy, kudos to Alex and Chris the associates. Well done. Thank you.

Annie Bradley was wonderful. I appreciated all the work she put into my case. She managed to get me a much larger settlement than I was anticipating.
