Not enough communication. This company seems a little bit bias in my opinion. Did not converse with client enough; nor did they seem concerned to do so.

They work hard for you

I used this law firm for a slip and fall. I was very THANKFUL they took my case, but I don't feel like it got the attention that it should have early on after they were made aware that the owner was severely ill. When I was told that there was nothing they could do going forward, after dealing with the case for 1.5 years, I had additional questions that were never answered via phone or email. I had to contact the bar association just to have my questions answered. That was the ONLY FLAW.
