Dropped my case after going through everything with them for 1 1/2 years. Pathetic letter sent to me in the mail to give me the news. No phone call. Not very caring or professional.

Almost 2 years after the incident, I’m still trying to figure out how to settle the case even though it is supposedly closed. They never sent the doctors office the checks intended to pay for services! I could’ve done all of this myself and kept the fee!
