If I could give no stars I would. Viki was originally my case manager I meet with John f Kennedy I felt like they would be great because he seemed to feel how I did about my situation and reacted the same way. Well Nov was when my daughters incident happen, this is now June I haven't talked to viki more than twice. My case was transfered to another department and no one notified me. I did most of the foot work and filling paperwork. Still have yet to get an answer from Terry or heather whom took over my case in March. Wish I never called them no proffesionlosm.

Our company has used several collection agencies in the past but none have had the same level of follow through as Schiff Debt Recovery. Their staff is persistent but courteous when calling our accounts who have fallen behind on their bills. I would recommend them to anyone who wants their accounts handled in a professional and timely manner. I really appreciated having regular up-to-the-minute updates regarding the status of the claim.
