I had a very disappointing experience with Yazdani Law, LLC, Columbus, OH. Despite paying for their services in full, they mishandled my case by submitting incorrect documentation, leading to delays and unnecessary stress during the visa process. To make matters worse, they demanded extra money beyond the agreed-upon contract amount, claiming it was for unforeseen circumstances—issues that should have been anticipated with proper diligence. Their lack of accountability and professionalism was evident throughout. They acted as if they were providing a free service, despite the significant fees I paid. Instead of acknowledging their errors, they attempted to mask their mistakes by blaming and suppressing. I do not recommend this lawyer or firm to anyone seeking reliable immigration assistance.

From the moment she took on my case, she was relentless in ensuring that every detail was handled with precision and care. I know without a doubt that things could have gone so much worse if not for her determination. Kia is not just a lawyer—she is an advocate, a fighter, and someone who truly cares. If you need an attorney who won’t back down and will stand up for you no matter what, she is the one you want in your corner. I am beyond grateful for her, and I highly recommend her to anyone in need of strong, compassionate legal representation.

We used Trolinger Law for our parentage documents. We were Intended Parents from IL and our surrogate was in OH. We had no idea what had to be done to complete the process. Trolinger was able to explain the process and how it would go and it all went as planned. It could not have gone better. There was even a hiccup, our baby came early and over the weekend and our paperwork had not been filed with the court. However everything caught up on Monday and we were able to leave the hospital on-time and as planned. Thank you so much.

This star is more than what she deserves. I don’t know about some of these ppl with positive reviews. Whether they are close friends n family who made false accounts to give good feedback to support her CON ARTIST business OR real prior clients. However I’ll give you this peak into MY EXPERIENCE as a prior Client. I was a client (Single Black Father) in a custody case for my child. Initially, during my consultation with her, she was inspiring and compassionate about my case stating how she can’t “promise” what lies ahead but she’d work diligently that I’d win. I was comforted I had a female black lawyer that was passionate about my situation. It was all After the first payment. What SHOULD’VE been an assured victory after providing her proof of unreasonable alienation was transformed into a hellish excruciating nightmare experienced in real life. I asked for copies of documentation filled that way I’d have them for my own records as well, she stated that would cost more, without hesitation I paid. After paying extra, she never sent them. I would call, email, and message through the portal. After she told me to let her do her job that I paid her to do I was constantly answered with silence, messages corresponded to by a default a computer generated default message “I’m away from the office, I’ll contact you as soon as possible” indicating I truly had an absent lawyer. At the first hearing she even asked me what I wanted. As if I didn’t tell her prior. Got to the point she would schedule “update phone calls” that were supposed to be no more than 1hr. They weren’t even 30min long! She’d ask me for information I had already given her prior, questions I’d already answered and her excuse was “I’m verifying” but how many “verifications” you need when we 5 months in and you asking for info I’ve emailed and mailed in as a matter of fact there was a time I HAND DELIVERED to the office so she could no longer use the excuse “something’s wrong with mail”. When she saw me, her face was as if she seen a ghost. Unbeknown to her I was indeed enamored by the beauty of her appearance, yet my disappointment by how conned I’ve been overwhelmed it all. I was even late on bills just to pay her on time, but I thought it a necessary sacrifice. “Anything for my child” I told myself. Upon seeing her, I thought to myself “Where she get the money for them expensively fresh nails, hairstyle, perfume, outfit & heels? Oh yea, from my case she not fighting.” I was destitute. After that the only communications were messages stating she’d be out the office due to 3week vacations, when payments were due & always 3 days prior to hearings. She then told me after 8 months the court would mostly consider giving me every other weekend. After the last payment totaling $9,032.28. Next hearing was a month n a half later, she asked the judge to push it back cause she had vacation scheduled, she never informed me of said vacation, it would’ve been considerate to let me know before hand. When the judge shockingly asked her why, she stuttered and said she had to see family. She told me if I want her to represent me at the final trial (3 months later), I’d have to pay ANOTHER $3,015.12. I went home prayed to God in the name of Jesus to advocate for me. Then I called her and of course NO ANSWER I left a voicemail AND email stating require her services. She then had the audacity to show up to the last hearing (on ZOOM) when the judge asked if she’ll be representing me I said “No your honor.” I went on to do my due diligence to fight my own case realizing she NEVER FILED the shared parenting agreement my child mother and I signed & by then my baby mom changed her mind and somehow while never having a lawyer, knew a lil more about the custody laws. I won my share parenting anyway as with every other week custodial exchange because of the tedious research and filling process that I put in by myself. Oh yea, my baby mom after becoming cooperative with me told me how Wrice reached out to her which was how she found out more about the law. DON’T MAKE HER YOUR LAWYER‼️
