I went to Yazdani Law after I received a denial. Mr. Yazdani filed an appeal and our case was recently approved. I am super excited and very grateful to attorney yazdani. He is very good. He is professional and nice and and he really knows immigration law. His staff is also nice and friendly. I am very grateful that I talked to him.

Mr. Yazdani and the paralegal Ms. Hoban were extremely helpful and provided an impeccable service to me and my wife. At first I felt as if I possibly made the wrong decision by choosing O'Connor, Acciani &Levy as my representation for my disability case. I'm from Columbus, Ohio and only wanted to deal with a law firm that was within a 10 mile ratios. It's very hard for me to travel long distances due to my injures and me not knowing what to expect during this process which can be absolutely over whelming. I had no idea what to expect as far as discussing your case, meeting your representative face to face along this very long process. Trust me I had no idea that you would meet your Attorney 2 days, day or possibly a few minutes before your actual hearing as I did. As I explain my story by no means do I want to discourage anyone from this firm, hear me out, in case you too have this happen to you, I just want you to know that it will come together at the end so be patient, because these two young ladies will have your best interests at heart. But, then again it may have been just my situation, it maybe totally different from others but I felt helpless during this time, there was no communication from anyone, I may have received a letter here and there but I just didn't understand why I never heard from anyone. I was very upset since it was a week before my hearing, I never heard from anyone so I sent an e-mail which I expressed my frustration, but very soon afterwards Jan Smiddy called me apologize sincerely because she had no idea no one contacted me and informed me that my first paralegal and/or Attorney which was handling my case, left the firm. Jan, was very comforting which made me feel a lot better and once I spoke with Beth I knew everything would work out. Again, I only met Beth Nacht, right before my hearing but she knew my case, she didn't have to refer back to notes all the time while speaking to me or to the judge which I great appreciated, I didn't feel like a name and a number to her. Bottom line is if you need help with your Social Security disability case, please give O'Connor, Acciani &Levy a chance and when you do, ask for Beth Nacht and her wonderful Paralegal Jan Smiddy. P.S. I only have 4 stars for the lack of communication at the beginning.

My disability claim was handled very professionally by Beth and her team , every question I had was answered and you can tell that this firm cares about their clients , really made me feel like family thank you for everything .
