This is the best immigration law firm in Columbus. They are experts in immigration law and they have a very kind and helpful staff. They spend the time to properly prepare and present the case and they are very good with communication. Their fees are very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

I called this lawyers office several times to help me prepare a document called QDRO, they were very helpful and then I decided I dont want to go ahead with preparing this document , they gave me full refund and did not charge me for the advice by phone , well thats class !!!

Unfortunately and unlike all other positive reviews of Mr Yazdani, I didn't have a good experience during my phone call consultation with Payam Yazdani about an interview processing time at NVC for an IR1 Visa for my wife. Even though, most of my questions were about the processing time and how to apply for an expedition request for a visa interview appointment; however, I did not find him really informative about these subjects. In addition, you may find Mr Yazdani little bit humiliating you if you are not sure about your questions, how to ask your questions, or if you have an incorrect information about a subject that you are asking a question. Of course and unfortunately, this attitude comes from an Iranian culture.
