Attorney Yazdani is an honest attorney who filed my adjustment of status application and I must say he did an excellent job. He was so confident right from the beginning that I will be approved and indeed I got approved. I called him anytime and he answers all my questions. No need to book appointment before talking to him. He also has a paralegal name Duvessa who is very professional and helpful. She has an extensive information and understanding of the whole process. When the attorney is not available on some few occasions, she is able to answer all my questions perfectly and even provided guidance. I was in Removal/ Deportation process.My Immigration file was such a mess because i handled it by myself.I hired Payam Yazdani to terminate my deportation at court. I was hopeful for termination %10.I had my court hearing date in October.Unfortunately on the day of hearing, Government shutdown happened and they rescheduled the hearing for the next 3 months! .Finally after 6 months waiting, on the day of hearing , judge said my deportation was terminated.I felt it was a miracle.I appretiate Payam Yazdani for all of his efforts .He is very reliable, responsible and thrustful person.I recommend him to all people who has Immigration problems either they are persian or from other countries.Payam Yazdani gave back my life !

Some attorneys take any case and file anything just to charge fees. Mr. Yazdani is not like that. If he believes that he can't help you he does not take your case. I highly recommend him.
