I had the pleasure to work with Mr. Wright and his associates on very complexed case. Ben was diligent in getting a judgement when no one else would. All the folks working with him were professional and very responsive. I had communication all the way through the case to close. Ben was meticulous in his review and gave me what I was hoping for! A + group!

Sent me a letter regarding a complaint filed with the AG office. Callled them. Didn’t even contact them myself at first. After calling, I had to call back after waiting a week for a response in order to speak with Ben. Ben then asked me to send him the contract we discussed on the phone call in order to determine the case, but after about 2 weeks I haven’t heard back at all. Even to at least tell me that he’s not taking the case. In my opinion, typical predatory lawyer, but more like a hyena waiting around for a kill, rather than actually willing to do the take down themself.

Henry Acciani handled my case personally and did a great job. He negotiated in my behalf and I really appreciated that he took care of reimbursing Medicare and my health insurance company for the medical bills I was required to repay. Henry's son Robert handled the settlement meeting and explained all the paperwork. I was very satisfied with their work and believe I got a fair settlement.

Ben Wright wrote our part of the contract when we were building a house with a custom builder. We later had issues with the builder trying to get them to fix things.. We were able to reference the addendums to the builder’s contract that Ben wrote to force them to fix several problems. Ben saved us thousands of dollars in construction.
