After several telephone conversations I knew I was going to retain her as my attorney. When I finally met Sharon in person I knew I had made the right choice. In 2016 I suffered an injury at work that required emergency surgery. My employer is self insured for workers compensation, the company they use is insufferable to deal with. They rejected all my medical bills, refused to return my calls, provided absolutely no help and extended no professionalism. Making this already terrible situation, significantly more difficult. The procedures and laws regarding workers compensation are vast and complicated. When you have the stresses that come with debilitating injuries and recovery, the last thing you need are more complications. Agee, Clymer, Mitchell & Portman literally provided a lifeline for me. Doug Koppel is my attorney, he is compassionate and very knowledgeable. He communicates well and keeps me informed. I always feel like he’s definitely looking out for my best interest. The office staff for my local ACMP office is amazing. Jill and Shelah are so helpful, courteous and caring. Shelah truly goes above and beyond to help every time I need assistance. I never have to wait for answers to problems, they are always on top of it. My case has been extensive and long, because there has been such impasse from my employers end I’ve had to have several hearings. For these hearings I’ve been represented by different ACMP attorneys, as they all work together as a team..Each one has been professional, friendly, encouraging and genuinely are skilled at the art of the service which they provide.
