Very bad attorney. Hired him 8 months before court. First court appearance he tells judge, “I haven’t had time to look over the case can we get another date”. He gets it. Every time I talked to him he would said “we have a good case”, and would never really talk to me about it. He would say, “you don’t question a pilot about flying a plane, well this is my plane”. Fast forward or the weekend before trial. He starts asking me questions that he should have asked months ago. He didn’t know the names of the witnesses we were suppose to use. He didn’t know the witnesses the other side had. Court date comes, right before they start he goes in the back with the judge and the other side. He comes out saying, “we are going to lose. You need to take this deal or you will get double.” How do you goto court with a lawyer that tells you that he can’t win after months of saying how good he is in court and how good the case is. DO NOT TRUST YOUR LIFE TO THIS FRAUD OF A LAWYER.

Hired Joe to help me with a old case. Per all his reviews he sounded like he would be a great lawyer so he got hired... needless to say I'm going to b the 1st to tell the truth on here an its not because I got time whatsoever its because how RUDE AND I DISRESPECTFUL he was to my family... when my uncle called Joe acted like he had no idea who I was and was very rude to him... he told my mom he wld b by the jail to visit me before court and NEVER came.... 2nd court date he didn't even show up after telling me he would be there... FINALLY was the last court date and I didn't think he was going to be there then he showed up right before the judge was going to send me back to jail because they was ready for lunch... money was completely wasted with him... no matter what family of mine called to ask him questions he was RUDE AND CLAIMED HE DIDN'T KNOW ME BUT HE SURE GOT THAT CASH. I will not 6hire him or reger6 him to ANYONE ELSE...125 days on a case for 2017 and again its not the jail time its the disrespect he had for all my family... I would have been better off with the public defender I had

My name Dominque, was going through a rough criminal case and I was blessed to have Joe and his assistant Serena on my case.
