When I spoke to Pete he sounded sure we would get a favorable outcome and at a great price at that compared to the other attorneys reaching out. The case went on for about 3 months and only after we received discovery was Pete able to negotiate with the prosecution team to lower the charge. Not only was the charge lowered but I also was able to move on with life as if nothing ever happened. The amount of stress this ordeal caused is unexplainable, especially when you think it should’ve never happened, but oh well. What can i say about these guys. I had a speeding ticket and Pete stepped in at the last minute and got it reduced to a non moving violation. I would like to start by saying, I did NOT expect this outcome at all. I’m an 18 year old kid who was doing something very stupid. I was doing 104mph in a 55mph zone when i was radar by a Sheriff driving towards me. To make it a shorter story, I didn’t stop and it was a pursuit. I was cited with my speed of 104/55 and reckless operations. For a VERY reasonable price, attorney Scranton went to work. Somehow, he worked his magic to where I’m not being charged with fleeing and eluding, reckless operations, or the 104/55 speed. My final “ticket”, 84mph in a 55mph zone. Might I add in that this is BEFORE my first court appearance. Attorney Scranton is very good at what he does.
