Unprofessional and poor communication skills
“When Mr. Mount answered the phone he seemed flustered or agitated. I started to explain my situation to him and he cut me off to ask me for my name. As I was giving him my name he was breathing rather heavy on the phone and I asked him if he was okay. He then hung up the phone... I would never let this person represent me in anything.”
