I was charged with my 2nd OVI (plead guilty to the first 5 years prior). Because of this charge, I was looking at very serious penalties along with the strong possibility of losing my job if convicted. I contacted the Koffel Law firm the next day. Everyone I spoke with at the law firm was courteous, professional, and extremely helpful with their guidance and in answering my questions. This was obviously a very stressful situation and having Tod's representation was extremely helpful. The process took several months, because the prosecutor was reluctant to offer a deal. From my understanding, most prosecutors are extremely reluctant to offer deals to second offenders. I cannot understate how impressed I am of Tod's negotiating skills, knowledge of OVI laws/procedures, and willingness to fight on behalf of his clients. In the end, Tod found several weaknesses in their case and was able to get a favorable outcome by getting me a plea deal. I would recommend him 100% for anyone with legal trouble in his area of defense.
