I was charged with OVI, (BAC .144) consumption, open container, speed, stop sign, turn signal. Local lawyers either wouldn't take case or would take case but not fight charges. Ben and his team is excellent. He helped me to resolve my case on promised time. Also helped me 7 months after the case got closed, to bring out of probation period with out any additional fee. I strongly recommend him as I personally saw his connections in the Delaware and franklin courts. He is professional, knowledgeable and helpful guy.

THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING!!! I hired Joe Kunkel for both of my traffic cases (1 for Speeding & 3 months later an accident) & I am so pleased to say that BOTH CASES WERE DISMISSED!!! I had never hired anybody for a traffic case in the past bc I didnt really think that it would help or be worth the expense, but believe me, I will NEVER walk back into a courtroom without representation again. Their prices are super affordable & it's so so worth it when you factor in what a guilty charge costs (fines, court costs, insurance rates, points on your license, etc.) So dont set yourself up by walking into that courtroom alone. Let the professionals handle that for you!

I had a great experience! A case that I felt like was going on forever was handled on the first court date after I had after I hired Luftman, Heck & Assoc. They sent Don Olsen, my life saver 😏 At the risk of sounding super over dramatic I literally felt like it was a miracle how well everything turned out. If I could give 6 stars I would! When it comes to handling many types of cases, one stupid mistake (we've all been there, may have just not been caught), the wrong representation and a poor outcome can truly ruin your life or at least make it very difficult... So to say I'm grateful would be an understatement! Thank you Don and Ben!
