I can't thank Ben Luftman enough for representing my case in which I had been rewarded a speeding on June 30, 2016. A week later I had got a letter in the mail from his law firm wanting to help me fight it. He was very helpful explaining to me how he can get the ticket dropped and no points on my license. I work for a trash company so the less points on my license, the better it is for me. The outcome to my case was a $102 fine and defense driving course. I highly recommend Ben Luftman or Dan Sabol to take care of any OVI cases you are dealing with. I used them specifically for the fact four of my friends have had a great success rate with them in the past. Once I hired Ben to represent me I was given his personal phone number in case if I had any questions about my case. He told me to contact him anytime I had a question and I thought he was just saying that at first but nope....he responded on his way to dinner. Even late at night on his time off work. Long story short I was facing OVI charges and he reduced it to basically nothing (I was at Delaware court as well). Saved my career and ended up doing it in a very professional way.
