Attorney Benjamin Luftman represented me back in 2017. Im leaving a review now because back then i wasnt aware of how helpful and important reviews were and over time as i learned how important they were ive just forgotten to leave a review. So i feel i should leave one now. So. Back on topic. Mr.luftman represented me back in 2017 for allegations that were made against me and without going to deep into detail what i will say is Mr.Luftman and his team were very kind. Answered any questions i had and were just the absolute best. While searching for an attorney i only wanted the best and this law firm was on top of the list. Even to this day. Years after everything has been said and done with the case in 2017 he continues to answer random questions down the line with the utmost honesty. Whether i like the answer or not. He doesnt hide anything. He was reasonably priced. He will be the one i turn to if anything shall happen in the future though i hope i may never have to call him again. I highly HIGHLY recommend turning to Luftman, Heck and associates should you need legal services. One other thing i will add is if you need lawyers for different situations if he doesn't handle your type of case he has nothing but the best recommendations for other law firms and has connected me with yet another top lawyer dealing with family matters. I urge you to make this law firm your first call should you need any type of legal services as if they cannot serve you they will point you in the best direction to get help.

I’d give Luftman, Heck & Associates 100 stars if i could. Facing an F5 was scary, Mr. Fagnano and team fought tirelessly for me for almost a year (i was free at home praying). While i didn't get what i hoped for, im very happy and satisfied with the outcome on probation for just a year and a half, and have my records sealed after probation. Luftman will definitely be my first call if im ever in need of representation!! Thank you for the hard work and dedication yall did for me!

Mr. Luftman went above and beyond his call of duty in my case. While I didn't get the outcome I was hoping for Mr. Luftman made sure to assure me that even after the case was settled that he would do what he could to get my probation reduced and to have the file sealed. Which is what he is working on currently for me. Without his help and his firms help I'm not sure how much worse my situation would or could be.
